Before placing an order, please read our policies below. By placing an order with us, it is assumed that these policies have been read and understood.

Production Time
  • Our current production time is about 3-4 weeks.
  • Our current rush production time is about 1-2 weeks. Please contact us if an item is needed sooner for expedited rates and availability.
  • If you are hoping to receive your order by a certain date, please let us know at the time of purchase and we will do our very best to accommodate you.
  • There are a lot of factors that go into making custom products, so we ask that you please be flexible regarding production time in the event that an order does not ship exactly within the estimated timeframe.
  • Production time begins after all designs have been finalized, meaning all information required to design the order is received and any proofs are approved.
Proofs & Design
  • A design proof may be purchased for $5 per item, which includes one proof and one revision. To purchase a proof, please select the add on before adding the desired item to your cart.
  • Proofs are sent via the email address provided with your order in 3-5 business days.
  • We are not responsible for delayed orders due to pending designs.
  • Color matches cannot be guaranteed due to differences in screen settings and the various materials used for our products. We do our best to depict items as accurately as possible from virtual to physical, but due to the nature of being an online business the finished product may vary slightly from the computer generated image shown.
  • Monograms are traditionally designed with the last name being the larger, center initial. All monograms will be designed following traditional monogram etiquette unless specifically instructed otherwise.
Payment
  • We accept all major credit cards and PayPal.
  • Payment is due at the time of purchase, and orders will not be sent to production until payment has been received.
  • Payment is processed immediately upon submission of an order. We do not place temporary authorizations or charge settlements upon shipment.
  • We do not have the access or authority to alter a payment. Any additional products or fees will need to be paid for in a separate transaction.
  • Any questions regarding payment should be directed to Shopify or PayPal as all payments are processed by those channels.
Shipping
  • Shipping methods will vary depending on size, weight, and destination. Orders are shipped for free using the most economical method, but if you would like to upgrade your shipping method please contact us for rates and availability.
  • A tracking number will be provided for every shipment, and packages marked as 'delivered' cannot be replaced.
  • Please be sure to provide an accurate shipping address at the time of purchase as we are unable to make any changes.
  • If shipping outside of the contiguous United States, please contact us prior to ordering as additional charges will apply.
  • Please contact the carrier directly with any questions regarding a shipment in transit.
Cancellations, Refunds & Returns
  • All sales are final. No cancellations, refunds, or returns will be granted except in extenuating circumstances. Store credit may be issued if the order has not yet been sent to production.
  • If an order arrives incorrect or damaged, please contact us promptly with photos so we can assist you.
  • Please be sure to double check any personalization prior to purchasing. Orders will be designed exactly as they are received and we are not responsible for customer input errors.
  • We will not be held responsible for any damaged incurred to products after delivery, whether it be accidental or from natural wear and tear.
Communication
  • Both a receipt and a shipment notification will be emailed to the address provided with your order.
  • We are normally not in contact during production unless we have a question or an issue arises with your order. We unfortunately cannot send updates during each step of production, but we will be sure to let you know when it is on the way.
  • Customer service is our number one priority. If you have any questions, concerns, or if there is a problem with your order, please contact us and we will assist in any way we can.
Custom Orders
  • We love creating custom orders! If you don't see exactly what you're looking for, please let us know and we will be happy to assist you.
  • If you are looking for a specific item and don't see it listed, please contact us and we will check if it is available for special order.
