Policies

Before placing an order, please read our policies below. By placing an order with us, it is assumed that these policies have been read and understood.

 

Production Time
  • Our current production time is 3-4 weeks.
  • Our current RUSH production time is 1-2 weeks. Please contact us if an item is needed sooner as an expedited rush may be available.
  • If an order is needed by a certain date, please let us know prior to ordering and we will do our very best to accommodate you!
  • There are a lot of factors that go into making a custom product, so orders may sometimes ship sooner or take longer than the posted timeframe. Please know that we are aware of each order's timeframe and will have them shipped as quickly as we can.
  • Production time begins after all designs are finalized, meaning all information required to design the order is received and all proofs are approved.
  • Please do not email us asking when your order will ship. Our current production time is listed, and your order will ship in the timeframe specified.

 

Proofs
  • Proofs can be purchased for $5 per item, which includes one proof and one revision. To purchase a proof, please check the box next to "Please send me a proof! {$5}" for each item needed. Proofs are sent in 3-5 business days (M-F, excluding holidays), and each additional proof is $5.
  • Proofs are sent via email. Your order will not be sent to production until all designs are approved.
  • We are not responsible for delayed orders due to unanswered proofs.
  • Color matches cannot be guaranteed due to differences in monitor settings.
  • Designs are printed on various materials, and all examples are computer generated images. Due to this difference, the finished product may vary slightly from the computer image shown. We do our very best to depict items as accurately as possible from virtual to physical, but there is no way to completely remove that void due to the online nature of our business.

 

Payment
  • We accept PayPal and all major credit cards.
  • Payment is due at the time of purchase.
  • Orders will not be sent to production until payment has been received.
  • Payment is processed immediately upon submission of an order. We do not place temporary authorizations or charge settlements upon shipment.
  • We do not have the access or authority to alter a payment. Any additional products or fees will need to be paid for in a separate transaction.
  • Any questions regarding payment should be directed to PayPal or Shopify as all payments are processed by those channels.

 

Shipping
  • Orders are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail, UPS, or FedEx depending on size, weight, and destination.
  • A tracking number will be provided for every shipment.
  • Please be sure to provide an accurate shipping address as address changes are highly discouraged.
  • If shipping outside of the contiguous United States, please contact us prior to ordering as additional shipping charges will apply.
  • We are not responsible for packages lost in transit. Packages shown as 'delivered' by USPS cannot be replaced.
  • Insurance is available for an additional fee. If you would like to purchase insurance for your package, please contact us prior to shipment.
  • International orders are shipped via USPS First Class International Mail. Please allow ample time for international orders to be delivered as they must go through customs and will take longer than a domestic shipment.
  • Any fees associated with international customs are the responsibility of the buyer. We will not alter customs forms in any way to help avoid or lower those fees.
  • Please contact the carrier directly with any questions regarding a shipment. Packages are out of our control once they have shipped, and we can only see the same tracking information that has been provided to you.

 

Refunds and Returns
  • All sales are final. No cancellations, refunds, or returns will be granted except in extenuating circumstances. In most cases, store credit will be given.
  • Please remember that the design process begins as soon as your order is received, which does not allow room for cancellations.
  • If a product arrives damaged or an error is made by the manufacturer, a replacement will be issued upon return of the product. It must be returned and received within 14 days of delivery, and replacements will be subject to our current production time.
  • Please be sure to double and triple check personalization as orders will be designed exactly as they are received. We will not be held responsible for customer input errors.
  • Monograms are traditionally designed in first, last, middle order with the last name being the larger, center initial. All monograms will be designed following traditional monogram etiquette unless specifically instructed otherwise. Please be very clear when entering personalization by providing both the initials and full name. Refunds will not be given when the monogram desired differs from traditional etiquette and we are not instructed as such.
  • Personalized items are not eligible for refunds or returns.
  • Cancellations will not be granted after an order has been sent to production, or due to any information found in our policies or the description of an item. This includes production time, shipping methods, and all other information listed on this page.
  • We will not be held responsible for any damaged incurred to products after delivery, whether it be accidental or from natural wear and tear.

 

Communication
  • A receipt will be emailed to the address entered at checkout at the time of purchase. A shipment notification will also be sent to that address when your order is shipped.
  • We are normally not in contact during the order process, but we will be sure to let you know if we have any questions or if an issue arises. It would be impossible for us to update each order during each step of production, so updates will not be sent. Our current production time can be found above, and all orders will follow that timeline unless specified otherwise.
